报告人简介：

Dr. Elchin Khalilov, Professor,  D.Sc., PhD, Academician of RANS and IAS/ICSD

Professor Elchin Khalilov is an Academician from Azerbaijan who joined the College of Life and Environmental Sciences of Wenzhou University as a top-level foreign expert within the framework of the National Talent Program of the People's Republic of China and a specially appointed professor and Head of Laboratory in September 2022. So far, he has published more than 300 scientific articles in journals and books with a high impact factor, as well as 10 books in the UK, Austria, Azerbaijan, Russia, Germany, Turkey, and Bulgaria. Professor Khalilov has more 100 patents, of which more than 50% are PCT International Patents, European Patents, and Eurasian Patents.

Professor Elchin Khalilov is also an Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Science (2008, Russia)  and the International Academy of Sciences/International Council for Scientific Development (Germany/Austria, 2001), and recipient of the Full Professor title awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan in 2011.

Grand PhD (Doctor of Science) of Geophysics and Geodynamics (1990, USSR, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia), PhD of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (1985, USSR, Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan), Master Degree of geophysics (1981, Azerbaijan State University of Petroleum and Chemistry).

Elchin Khalilov is the President of the World Organization for Scientific Cooperation (Germany, Munich) from 2009 to the present, a member of the Presidium of the International Academy of Sciences/International Council for Scientific Development from 2001 to the present (Austria/Germany), Co-Chairman of the Editorial Board of the international Scientific multi-volume collection of works "Science without Borders", member of the Editorial Board of the Bulletin of the International Academy of Sciences (Austria), President of the International Scientific and Technical Complex "Intergeo-Tethys" (Azerbaijan), President of the Azerbaijan Section of the International Academy of Sciences (Azerbaijan).
