Applying For a Program

International students wishing to study at the College of Life and Environmental Sciences can apply directly to the University. For information regarding application, admission, and enrolment please contact Wenzhou University at the following links.

Application Materials

1. Graduation certificate of highest education level attained. The certificate should be in English or Chinese. If not, it should be translated into English or Chinese and be notarized.

2. An official transcript from the school you have recently graduated from. The transcript should be in English or Chinese. If not, it should be translated into English or Chinese and be notarized.

3. Certificate of the English proficiency test. The University will accept either an IELTS or TOEFL certificate. This is only necessary if the applicant is from a country where English is not a native language. A minimum score should be obtained as follows: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 70, or TOEFL paper-based 550.

4. A photocopy of your passport.

5. A bank statement to show that the balance in the account is enough to cover the first-year tuition fee and accommodation fee.

6. A non-criminal record certificate (if necessary).

7. A health certificate (within a valid period).

 

The deadline for application is by the end of July for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. However, applications received in early August may still be considered.
